I placed an order and then had a very difficult time communicating on the status. During this time I was scolded and told I wasn’t using the correct way to contact them? I ultimately cancelled my order and requested a refund. It has been two months and they are trying to convince me that they owe me nothing. What!? I am submitting all documentation to the bank to dispute rhe charge, but it is such a pain when this company could have simply done what reputable business does and refunded the charge. I had a great time shopping and meeting the actual Ben! The whole staff were committed to sharing smart tips and were very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome and I definitely liked Ben's Garden has a style like no where else. Most importantly, the items I purchase were beautifully gift wrapped in hard gift boxes with wrapping paper and fancy ribbon. This is no usual store.
