Had to make trip to restroom why is the toilet paper is way behind you supposed to be beside you my arms hurt so bad tring to reach behind to grab but wipes ugh
I had damaged material delivered a couple years ago, the deal with the sales person was to get credit on the next purchase. On many weekend visits to the store I unsuccessfully tried to get this credit applied but there was no one there authorized to do this. I placed a new order of lumber by phone and the salesman agreed to the average price in our area. My call then was transferred to the sales manager to correct the issue with the damaged material. Terrible customer service. Lost business from first time customer. Spent several thousand dollars what shame for future business. Edit 5 minutes after posting got a call for trying to resolve.
They are always very helpful. An always have what I need.
