Bought an e-bike, almost $4000 out the door, he refused to do warranty work.
Terrible service. Needed the tires replaced and he said it would take a week or two. He had it for over a month and did nothing in terms of repair. He would not answer phone calls and was frequently closed. The repairs were never done.
