We have used this notary in september 2019 and explained to the notary the mortgage will be multiple disbursements due to the renovation loan and ask him if he accepts the file. He accepted without mentioning extra fees he intends to charge us. After all the disbursements are made, he ends up charging us the amount not mentioned in the terms of service in the very beginning before we became his customers.
