Been with this bank since high school and they can't quit screwing up my accounts over and over literally had a check deposit paid bills with said check then they take my check off the deposit list on the app so now it says I'm 900 dollars in the hole......they keep messing with my money I feel I'm owed compensation for this bs. If I could give a lower rating I would.
BSB is a great locally owned bank! I appreciate the care and attention they all make to us. Tyra has handled multiple requests and searching and always does an amazing job. Every staff member we have dealt with at other locations does a great job too!
