Staff at front desk are rude. They screwed up my sheet with my dates and times and then I got blamed for not coming. I showed up and they didn’t have an appt for me. Then they always have limited timings and hard for someone who works full time and have two kids to get in. I did have to reschedule a few times so to my work meetings and own children. Then I’m told I can’t come anymore for canceling too much and a no show that they screwed up once, because apparently I don’t want to come she said. And I did miss one on my end.... read more
I can’t say enough great things about Jo and Paula at physical therapy. The entire experience was truly beyond anything I’ve encountered at other offices. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and supportive. Jo and Paula were both professional and compassionate, making every session productive and comfortable.
