I recently visited this store and had a very disappointing experience with one of the sales staff. From the beginning, her tone was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I was simply asking questions to better understand the product I was planning to purchase, but she responded as though I had done something wrong. Wonderful experience. I Brought a queen bed & mattress using a Nils loan.. Bennetts are familiar with the Nils process which made for a smooth transaction. I got the Cambridge double sided, its a dream to sleep on. They delivered it promptly, within 3 working days & fully assembled the bed. Many Thanks to Bennetts. Never fallen asleep so fast. Months later, its still a treat to get into bed at night. Comfort level 10.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing options and flexibility for everything within their range. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the type of bed we were looking for, or much variety of shelves either, but depending what you’re after, it might suit your needs
