Crap furniture and dishonest salesmen and they don't follow through on warranties. Harvey Norman is the place to go.
Stay away. refused warranty claim on bed base that collapsed 1 week after their team put together incorrectly. Said that we must have moved the bed which would cause it to collapse when bed is sitting in the same spot that their team assembled it in. They were training a newbie at the time of assembly and screwed a slat in so hard that it cracked and then didn't bother with the rest of them. Joke of a company. Will be contacting consumer affairs.
I purchased a king single bed from this store. I had only slept in it one night & called them the following day telling them that the mattress seriously sunk in the middle & was so horribly uncomfortable. The man that sold me this mattress said 'too bad, can't do anything now, you've already slept in it. It's now a 'used' mattress'. I would NEVER EVER purchase ANYTHING from this company ever again. This man was rude & absolutely stunk profusely of cigarette smoke from his breath & clothes. I will never go back. Horrible expe... read more
