My husband retained Lincoln Bennett to handle a traffic ticket. It was hard to get in touch with him throughout the case and upon “resolution” , his best advice was that we hire a different attorney to resolve the fall out from the case he was hired to handle. My husband was fed false promises throughout the case that did not come to pass. His paralegal, Emily Raynor, was extremely complicit and failed to relay messages and information in a timely manner. By far the worse experience I’ve had with a law firm. Nothing was handled in the case of my speeding ticket. If anything they made it worse. I was promised certain things that didn’t happen after I was told what the verdict would be. There was a lack of communication and I had to do all the following up. I was advised to get another lawyer in another county which I was misinformed on by one of the members of the law team. After I paid the retainer fee I was advised to find that other legal counsel.
