We usually take truck from Bennet truck Hyde park location but this time I took it for Clark road They charge us for the fuel Which we filled out right before returning the truck Never ever going to do Bussiness with them The difference of rates between Hyde park and Clark road location .Always use the Hyde park location if you guys want to save your self from these ripoffs
Avoid Bennett. Avoid their response to this review. I was so honest with them regarding a fuel filter warning on the dash. Took my time and money to fix that out of province. No reimbursement. Then they took 1600+ off my visa for hail damage with no call, text or email notice. (I reported the tiniest of damage right away to them and my insurance co at the time of the incident) They also did not update me whether or not my insurance company was cooperating. My wife’s car needed a visit to the body shop, and as a two vehicle family with three kids in programs just about every night, being down a vehicle was not an option. Raya came through huge with a mini van for us on short notice, and provided excellent service from start to finish.
Rose and the team at Bennett are so amazing to work with! We are grateful for their quick response and amazing customer service.
