Bennett has been my goto place. Good service and not all the stupidness like U-Haul
A very bad experience with them. It seems to be cheaper than other places but when you drop the truck off they will charge for REFUELING even though i have picture I refueled it before drop-off. And the lady working there ROSE needs to be trained how to talk to the costumers properly, she has no idea of customer service and have a very bad tone of talking and no respect. NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE, don't waste your time and money here.
WOW, this bad behavior ? The employee who's name is Rose first she lied to me about the free mileage with a truck. She said 100kms free but I said you mentioned on the phone there is 200kms free! She said oh really ? I said yes, she said okay then.and secound she needs a good training how to do her job and have to respect costumers instead of hanging up the call while a costumer is talking. I did a Co-op here for a few months, all the vehicles were washed and detailed, staff was very kind and friendly, 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to rent a vehicle
