The staff at Richmond Bennett is very helpful and friendly. Each year, they send out an awesome checklist as a reminder to get my items together. So I don't miss the tax deadline!! I like keeping my dollars local when I can, and this business has been family operated for many years. I recommend them to everyone I know!
Everyone there was very helpful. The accountants are knowledgeable and work hard to make sure everything is done correctly and completely.
Absolutely horrible place to get your taxes done. They do not tell you what to expect when having them done and if a extension is needed to be done they leave out information like the fee that they charge you when doing the extension. When you confront them that you were not informed of the fee they lie. Do not get your taxes done here. Amy was the supervisor that I talked too about this and she was not understanding or took any action to take responsibility for them not doing their job or lack there of.
