Whatever you do..don’t mess up when you are ordering something from this company because they won’t contact you to correct any missing items on your form that you don’t even know you had! Your order will just sit there in the lab and be forgotten until YOU contact THEM asking for a refund because it’s way late and the item is no longer needed for a certain event. Don’t expect any apologies from this company when dealing with them either because they WON’T. Will not be ordering from them again. Please learn from my mistakes!
Was not satisfied with my photos and requested a reshoot. Didn't want to refund just a reshoot and I offered to pay for the new photos as well. I have emailed them and they responded to me once but ask for the students information and school. After I gave that information they have not responded back to me. The matter is left unresolved and I have no other choice but to leave this review.
We've been purchasing photos from Bennett for 3 years straight! Amazing work at fair prices. Must hire Bennett to do your photos!
Bennett Photography always does an outstanding job on our childrens' portraits! They always know how to make the kids laugh/smile to get a natural smile. We treasure the pictures they have taken.
School sports pictures. Great pictures, but ordering site was not very user friendly, especially if you had multiple students in multiple sports or grades.
