I had a consultation with Andrew Bennett regarding a custody case. He told me that my case wasn’t worth fighting because my 11 year old child was old enough to choose their custodial parent. I got a 2nd opinion from another attorney who accepted my case and won. Despite what Andrew Bennett told me, the judge did not take my child’s preference into account.
