I had a consultation with Andrew Bennett regarding a custody case. He told me that my case wasn’t worth fighting because my 11 year old child was old enough to choose their custodial parent. I got a 2nd opinion from another attorney who accepted my case and won. Despite what Andrew Bennett told me, the judge did not take my child’s preference into account.
DO NOT go here if you are going through a military divorce the time in which they drag their feet is absolutely insane. Its taken a year to get absolutely nowhere and the only time they have ever made any progress was when the information was given to them. They claim to have your best interest at heart but once they get the money nothing is ever done.
I never thought my wife and I would ever need a business lawyer, but here we are. Ms. Bennett help us with two separate cases, both involving real estate deals that fell through. She handled all the negotiating and helped us resolve the cases to our satisfaction. Without her we would have been out thousands of dollars. She also quickly helped us establish the LLC for a future deal. We are truly blessed to have found her.
