Spoke with Matt in a consultation. He undoubtedly has a very impressive resume and he seems to be very top malpractice lawyer. The one star wa for the perceived rudeness on the phone, where casual commentary were misinterpreted as asking legal advice. Rudeness would dissuade a potential client from hiring them. Nonetheless there expertise and success is exceptional, and I would use their online form to describe your case. This would avoid the rudeness
