Russell Hall is the worst attorney at Bennett & Forts. Left several messages with the legal assistant and numerous emails and did not hear back after taking on my case wasting several months of my time. Very unprofessional and horrible law firm
Was informed Attorney Bennett had documents in his possession that would help our neighborhood in our dispute with the Town of Oakham. I called numerous times regarding this, my calls were never returned. I sent several emails, but he never responded to them. I even stopped by his office and was told he couldn’t see me as he was tied up in a meeting. It wasn’t until we had a fatal fire in our neighborhood that he took my call.
