My intention was to leave a review without describing my experience, but after reading their response, I am compelled to write a detailed account. My experience with Bennett Carroll was not a good one. Mistakes were made including lodging our mortgage before the property was actually settled. We had to get them to reverse this and then re-lodge it after settlement. We were then charged extra for this, and this is what we disputed. Shelby and her team were really helpful in guiding me (who had no clue about how property buying works) through to settlement.
