My intention was to leave a review without describing my experience, but after reading their response, I am compelled to write a detailed account. My experience with Bennett Carroll was not a good one. Mistakes were made including lodging our mortgage before the property was actually settled. We had to get them to reverse this and then re-lodge it after settlement. We were then charged extra for this, and this is what we disputed.
