I went in for a free in office group workshop on January 17, 2025, at the office located at 18046 Magnolia Street, FV. Following the workshop, I scheduled a free office consultation. Following the consultation, I signed a contract for 3 times a week for 10 weeks of acupuncture for my knees at a total cost of $5,700. The office does not file any insurance for you and will offer you a billing statement, and it’s on you to get reimbursed. Posting for Todd Moeller. I'm 57 and I started seeing Dr. Bennett in early November, 2024 hoping for pain relief. Having never experienced acupuncture before, I did not know what to expect. Not only did Dr. Bennett help with pain relief, but I am sleeping better and feel less stressed and more balanced overall.
Terrible experience, very unprofessional. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for today. I gave them my referral information. Today they made me wait almost an hour before telling me they were no longer working with the medical center that referred me. They didn't even think to check their system before! Then the cherry on top, they tried to blame my referring doctor. How disappointing!
