This lawyer is so rude and impatient. I wonder he will handle cases for clients. Just wants your money. Not recommended.

Literally he is a bad lawyer the whole 5 months I sat in jail I never got a copy of my indictment papers reset court dates when I went to court recently he told me to sign for probation and then come to find out he set me up for trial without my permission. He never told me what my case is . The next day he told the judge to forfeit and revoke my bond for no reason

I had the opportunity to work with Brian Benken as he was brought on to assist with my case.
