Benji cost my friend thousands of dollars due to his lethargy. He sat on her loan paperwork for almost five months while interest rates rose higher and higher. After several calls and being blown off for weeks she finally went into his office and fired him in person. She got a new loan officer and everything was taken care of with in two weeks. If zero stars was an option that's what we would give him.
Benjie did it again! We refinanced our house and Benjie and his team were again easy to talk to, everybody was friendly, very straightforward and the process was smooth and easy! Every time I have questions or concerns I got answers right away. They did a great job just like when we first bought our house!
