Total and utter incompetence + unwillingness to correct mistakes. Overpromised on ability to source & deliver, misleading timing expectations, communication skills are a joke. If you hand over your money, don’t expect to be able to get it back without months of persistence. This experience was a horror scene.
BUYER BEWARE Ordered a piece of art from Benjamin Rugs and Furniture (aka Stephanie Cohen Home) on 8/30/2024 and despite numerous calls and emails still had NOT RECEIVED ITEM 8 MONTHS LATER. Very courteous and nice when Benny, the manager, “finally” calls you back but NO FOLLOW-UP. Requested refund and ordered from another store for $200 less and my order shipped in 7 days. DO NOT RECOMMEND this business. Extremely bad experience with back and forth for months - painful and dissatisfying.
Great company to deal with, very responsive and delivery was terrific! Love my new foyer table, Benny was very helpful! Would highly recommend visiting this store!
