This guy literally yelled at me when I didn’t understand what he was saying. YELLED AT ME. I was ready to hire an attorney today and this guy yelled at me for five minutes before I said just stop Okay? I don’t need to be yelled at by you and I hung up on him. I was only trying to understand. I wasn’t being difficult. Five star reviews? That is hard to believe based on my experience. He must have been having a very bad day.
