Huge waste of time.Scheduled a consultation and was given a date and time by Amanda in your office. We all take the time off to field this call and you completely blew us off. No call no show. We call your office to be told by Amanda that she had not actually written in the appointment and you are "out sick!" What kind of record keeping is this?
