I could not be more satisfied with the service this office has provided me. They took of everything with flying colors and I had to do the absolute bear minimum of effort. I was not worried at all at any point and the communication was clear the entire way through. I highly recommend them.
They wouldn't honor the $500 quote they gave me over the phone and instead tried to upcharge to $800. I suggested they clear up the "misunderstanding" by checking their phone recordings, if they do that for calls. They just stuck to the upcharge.
I am thrilled with the outcome of my traffic violation. What could have been a hefty fine and an increase of my insurance was turned into the equivalent of a parking ticket. I highly recommend them!!
