Benjamin led us through the myriad of confusion called Medicaid. His interaction with Medicaid was invaluable in saving us time and interpreting correctly the regulations that allowed us to preserve my sister's assets and receive added benefits. He always was prompt in answering all the questions.
Ben is the best Elder-Law Attorney in Ohio. If we hadn't heard about Ben's services, all of my cousin's assets would have gone to her nursing facility and been depleted by now. Ben has helped to protect some of her assets. We really appreciate getting to know him.
