Where do I begin... My father lived here. RIP ♥️ Place is disgusting and never cleaned. Old food still sitting there. My dad had accidents and everything was covered in feces. The people were almost never nice to him or the people who came to see him. They don't care about your family! Don't bring your loved ones here. Period. At all. Period.

I lived there for 5 years and it has gotten worse as time went on. Fortunately the company finally fired the director recently. She almost got the facility closed down due to her inability to have compassion for the residents, coming to work hung over, been drinking plus she would yell at residents and staff in public areas. My Mom, has been in Beneva Lakes Assisted Living Center for two years now. I've visited twice for four weeks during that time, saw the staff operate, Nurses provide care and overall cleanliness daily. The facility is well maintained, the Nurses and Receptionists are ALL friendly and go out of the way to help. The rooms are large, there's a game room, a library, Nurses stations, daily package/mail delivery, and a nice dining room. Even the hallways always look good.
