Shady business practices! Watch out! This company charged my credit card an extra $10 without ever asking my permission or telling me about it. This happened to a friend of mine a while back, too. It's like a common practice there! When I got my credit card statement and saw the extra charge, I called them up and they gave me this song and dance about rush delivery, which I NEVER asked for in the first place.
