Long time customer who will now be moving on. Very disappointing. Charged me for roses that were never delivered. Frustrating and fruitless experience with customer service. If you are ok with paying for flowers that are never delivered and disappointing loved ones, Beneva is you florist. If not, you are better off ordering elsewhere.

I met the owner David Shuel at an Oriels game I was working as his company was passing out flowers to people coming into the stadium for opening day. He was very personable and we started talking about my wedding when he realized I didnât have anyone picked out for flowers yet. He gave me his card and told me to come into the shop with my ideas. Terrible. Embarrassing collection of pathetic, half-dead weeds were delivered. Appropriate for the funerals of people you hated in life, otherwise; avoid using these incompetents. When 350 people all give a 5 out of 5, does that sound authentic to you? I had a very bad experience and it's hard to believe I am the only one...packing the reviews to hide incompetence. Use another company.
