My mother was very happy with her 3 week respite stay. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and attentive. Lots of interactive options and entertainment. The rooms are comfortable & spacious. Thank you to the whole team 😊
Could not fault the love and care provided to my husband while he was resident, and especially when he was dying. The staff were wonderful.
I have been a resident here for nearly 3 years, and am appalled by the total disregard shown by senior management of Benetas with regard to a fall that was unreported, and subsequently obfuscated by Ms. Therese Brown who masquerades as the State Manager for this organisation. This fall was caused by a staff member acting completely in a manner contrary to the instructions given to this individual.
