Could not fault the love and care provided to my husband while he was resident, and especially when he was dying. The staff were wonderful.
I have been a resident here for nearly 3 years, and am appalled by the total disregard shown by senior management of Benetas with regard to a fall that was unreported, and subsequently obfuscated by Ms. Therese Brown who masquerades as the State Manager for this organisation. This fall was caused by a staff member acting completely in a manner contrary to the instructions given to this individual. Mum was there for 2 years before passing. She grew to love the place. When you walk in, no stink! Very clean, very kind and helpful staff. She especially liked to be taken out to sit in the garden. The rooms are very nice, she could even open a window and see a tree when she was confined to bed. For an outdoors person, it really suited her
