Where do I start! I have suffered with very bad neck pain for five years, spending thousand's of pounds on my Osteopath. Where do I start!?! For nearly five years I have suffered with my neck, seeing my osteopath and spending thousand's of pounds to rid you of the pain. It is very delipidating and effects your life.
