I would not recommend retaining Scott Becker as legal representation. In my experience, communication was poor, with responses that were slow and often vague. I also found the fee structure to be unclear, and charges were incurred without adequate explanation or prior communication. Additionally, I felt that client care was lacking, as interactions seemed financially motivated rather than client-focused.
Scott is an excellent attorney. I gave him a 5-star rating because he is very professional, knowledgeable, a clear communicator, and easy to work with. His initial consult was very good - providing me an overview of what the applicable laws and requirements were, and what my probate case process would be.
