I had high hopes for my appointment after reading so many positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience with Jessica was disappointing. Instead of relaxing, it was very stressful. I would rate the massage itself three stars, as she seemed somewhat distracted. Whenever she was talking and making a point, she would linger on one area longer than appropriate instead of maintaining a consistent flow. I had an amazing experience with Gabrielle, RMT. I was dealing with level 10 pain even after multiple physiotherapy sessions, and after just one massage with her, my pain significantly decreased. She made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time, and I’ve already noticed improved mobility and feel so much better overall. Her skills and techniques are excellent. The front desk staff is very friendly as well. Highly recommend!
I recently had a massage session with Gabrielle and it was an exceptional experience! She has an incredible ability to make you feel relaxed and comfortable right from the start. Her technique is both soothing and effective, targeting areas that needed attention while also creating a deeply calming atmosphere. I highly recommend Gabrielle to anyone looking for a great massage.
I had many massages here and were fairly good. One day they suddenly tell me that I would need to submit claims myself. Like what kind of operation is this. It’s not my benefits problem but it’s their system and now is not direct billing??? Made me wait and then tells me that they can’t get it done today. Offered no alternative than to pay out of pocket. I had the pleasure to have a massage earlier from Gabrielle for the first time, and it was excellent and therapeutic. She was amazing! She stands out from the other RMTs and I have seen many RMTs in Surrey, Langley, South Surrey, Burnaby, Vancouver, Spa Utopia, Scandinave spa Whistler, other provinces and even in US!
