I had a very frustrating experience with this team. After completing payment and submitting the required organizer, there was no communication from Rick Yeager, Eliana Yeager, or Jesse Nunez for over a month regarding when our taxes would be completed. After following up myself, I was informed that our return would not even be started until March 15th.
