Very friendly helpful staff. Was helped the moment I walked in the door - real live people! Amazing customer service!! Being the middle man is tough but they are super transparent with the steps that have to be taken to get the information you are looking for.
Due to the lack of a zero star rating I will give them a one star rating. The reason for this is that when I called to get clarification on why my washout was taking so long the representative Alicia kept interrupting me, talking over me, and when I called her out to please let me finish before she interrupted me she threatened to hang up on me. This business’s representative Alicia M. was very unprofessional to speak to on the phone, very defensive when asked for information regarding my account, threatened to hang up on me, continuously interrupted me. I would recommend staying away specifically from this rep
