At no time was I ever contacted to confirm that the transfer was being processed. I called many times and the representatives would give very little information as to what the delay was. Where do I begin? Never experienced worse customer service in my life. They NEVER return phone calls, emails take days, weeks, several follow up emails and voicemails for a return... I am the employer that used BCG through Prime Pay payroll (also a company to stay away from) and am so disappointed. They have been holding our funds hostage because we have not paid our final invoice... but they won't let ** pay! 6 months I have been trying- check, ACH, wire... they never get the checks, they give wrong banking information etc ... read more
My employer used BCG for our 401k. I left the company and requested my funds be dispersed immediately to me by check. The plan manager did not submit the request for 11 days and the value of my portfolio decreased by 27%. When I called customers service, very nice by the way, they had no ability to connect me with the plan manager to discuss what had happed. They simply confirmed when they received the paperwork and when it was actually put in for distribution. (11 business days late) Very unprofessional and I cannot believe... read more
