With still dealing with 9 months of continuous back pain with a back injury. I wouldn’t have gotten relief I have gotten if it wasn’t for Jill H. and Kari M. Thank you for all time and effort. Hopefully we will find my rainbow through all this chaos.

Max Kern is very knowledgeable and professional. My first visit to physical therapy I learned alot. Max was very detailed during our discussion and walked me through each exercise. Thank you for a job well done!!!

Direct access laws allow all people to seek physical therapy without a referral. I was told point blank, and rudely, that no one can access physical therapy without a referral, by Benefis Physical Therapy scheduling. The referral is an easy thing for me, but the fact that benefis places hurdles in front of those seeking care, is very sad. I did receive a call today from the manager explaining that the scheduler was incorrect and new, thus the confusion. Aqua therapy pt here. I missed a appt because I was in Benefis ER all night with a 8 yr, very sick, back at the Dr office this morning, no beds to admit her to. So we had to improvise and do IV fluids and antibiotics in the Dr office. Yep, u bet I forgot the appt. I called as soon as I remembered, 3.5 hrs later, and I was told I was fired. There are so many things wrong with this picture, I can't even say. But...Healthcare in Great Falls sucks, except that the child had a compassionate Dr that took the time.

Jennifer’s awesome! While I’ll probably need surgery to completely correct my issue, she’s helped me regain mobility in my hand/wrist where I’m able to function and use it again. So thank you! Also the front desk staff is really nice and accommodating too.
