After 4 hours of trying to get my shuttle bus repaired on the road we finally had to get it towed. Benefiel was recommended to us and I couldn’t believe how fast they got there and how hard the driver worked in the 90+ degree heat to get us hooked up and out of there quickly. I am super impressed and recommend them highly.

After breaking down on the side of the road, while hauling a crop-spraying helicopter back to Texas, a gracious local farmer recommended Benefiel Towing. Mike promptly arrived with calm precision and meticulously hauled both the truck and the helicopter exactly where they needed to go. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine demeanor were outstanding. I was on a 2000 mile trip across country and my car crapped out on me outside Nebraska city, I called and they sent someone almost immediately, the driver was super nice, we had great conversation on the ride into town and even gave me a discount on my tow just out of the kindness of his heart.
