Worst bank ever. They refused to close my account when I went in today. Branch manager was SUPER rude as well as the rude teller. Why would you need to wait 3 days for cash to clear an account. And why can’t you close an account at a persons request. Shady business practices all around with this bank. Holding debit transactions, not posting activity, bank app sucks, customer service doesn’t exist. I could list reason all day long not to bank here. So happy i moved all my money to a PNC account.
