Worst customer service ever!!! Employees have no idea what they are doing. I would strongly suggest not using Beneficial HSBC. My loan was paid off over 7 years ago and this company never released the lien on the property. Now that I sold my house and the buyer has signed nearly two weeks ago we are in holding because of Beneficial not doing there part.
