Customer Support agents in the actual call center are very kind and try to help. However if you go beyond they obviously don't know the term 'customer service.' Man I spoke with was combative and accusatory as well as downright rude. If I had the ability I would close my loan out with them and transfer it to a better bank or credit union.
Great location! FMS Bank (although it has recently changed names) is right in the heart of Bordentown. It is a historical-looking building which adds to its charm, but it still has a drive thru and a walk up. The tellers and everyone there are very nice and helpful.
