So we have been thinking about this review for 2 and a half weeks...not really sure what to say. 8 years ago we closed on our house with Ralph Benedict....he was wonderful. So we used them again to close on our houses we sold and purchased. When we went to our appointment to sign papers. Lets just say more was wrong than right. Renee Miller was my law clerk to handle the closing of our home and she was fantastic. She navigated all the details with my mortgage broker to ensure everything was taken care of. Linda was the lawyer who handled our file and she’s extremely organized. She explained everything to full detail and was very thorough.
