am very disappointed with my experience working here. Before I left I was in tears and upset.Under-resourced staff struggle to meet residents’ needs while managing high workloads.Staff working beyond capacity.mentally & physically exhausting draining.i hope these serious issues, especially staffing levels, are addressed, as they have a significant impact on resident care and staff wellbeing.
We have just placed our Mum in Bene at Hahndorf and the transition has been very easy with the help of the very professional and caring staff. We can't speak high enough of the care that she is getting in there. Thankyou to all of you. Rob Amanda and Jo Smith
