So, I never really hired anyone here, but I did have a consult with Kurt back in 2019 for a custody filing. He was extremely helpful and very compassionate, but he was confident I could move forward without a lawyer representing my case, based on my own 'evidence'. I was a single mom of two, no financial support, and I 100% was so thankful that Kurt was an honest lawyer who wasn't just going to take my money. I believe he has retired but I still recommend Bendixsen Law to anyone who asks for a lawyer!
Pro tip, don’t go for the lawyer who went to literally worst law school in the nation. This guy seriously suggested for me to ditch bail, that alone is grounds for disbarment!
