Mom has currently been in a case with them for 2 years and 4 months and she is forced to switch to another firm due to their extreme lack of communication and unwillingness to respond in any timely manner, even when told the matters are urgent. Even went over 6 months with no updates or communication. They only ever reach out when asked continually and don't have the courteousy to do the bare minimum for communication. Avoid this place at all costs if transparency is important to you.
