The quality of care and expertise from the specialists here is fantastic, however it can be very difficult to secure an appointment as the reception staff do not always answer the phone and there is no message service or online booking system. The waiting time can also be quite long, so remember to bring a book!

Didn’t pass on important results of my nans facial wounds to her drs. So when she went to the appointment to have the wounds dressed (which needed dressing) the nurse couldn’t do anything as she didn’t have the correct information. So had to make another appointment (3 week wait) to have them dressed and appropriate products given to nan to use on them. Meanwhile she is in pain and they are now infected…she can’t go on antibiotics and they ruin her digestion system every time and give her other issues…all because administrat... read more
