Extremely rude staff member, I think her name is Loretta. After being given the run around for over a week trying to get a cheque cleared to then be spoken to condescendingly and very rude. I have been a customer of their bank for over 15 years and the service is extremely poor, the lack of ATMs and of bank branches is not re assuring and the banking App constantly crashing, I will be closing all accounts with this bank. Nothing but great customer service in our experience. Polite, know us by name and always helpful. Bendigo is a great bank. Was with one of the Big 4 banks for too many years, never again.
Awesome customer service, really fast service
this bank does not let you put money into teller nor does it let transfer money to a person or pay anyone.tried finding out procedure by phoning shailer park branch.lady who answered said she was not sure how to do it and would ring back in 5 minutes.over an hour later another lady rang and within seconds was giving attitude.her explanation was not very explanitory at all.i phoned brisbane city branch and spoke to a person who explained it and said that if i go to the branch they will set it up on computer and that using my ... read more
