Excellent customer service, always friendly and helpful. Bank as a business and always great support. Thank you
Terrible customer service. Told me that I could not open an account because I had a N.S.W address and not a W.A address (I was in the process of finding a place in Perth). Even told me that it was illegal for me to open an account with an address from another state. Went to another branch, opened an account without issue (much more helpful). The staffs poor attitude and the fact they lied to me definitely made me reconsider even having an account with them.
