The atm showed an error after I tried to withdraw money, swallowing my card and the staff did not offer to help. Instead they told me they could not do anything and that my card would be destroyed and furthermore to call the bank myself...? I dont mind my card destroyed but they did not do anything about the atm and did not put a note up informing others of this issue. Absolutely terrible customer service, did not do anything for their customers.

Highly recommend that sit there lady change work base or enjoy holiday at home. Rather than ask me to stand there not close to her when recognize I am Asian face. I am Asian but not virus itself. If you afraid please just stay at home or wear mask by yourself. So hate the attitude towards to others. So ridiculous, I am afraid everyday as well so I need to behavior like you?
