Closed for months. When asked from other branches they saying next month. However its now months and hearing same thing again and again.. Very disappointed..
Still "temporary closure" !! More like permanently closed. How to cheese off customers.
Always closing. never open for a month straight.
Coin machine constantly out of order. 20 minutes wait for someone to come out to help. Poor service at best.
Bank used to be good. Was with then for long time. The staff changed. So slow service. Plus get over counter charges & the debit card. Get charge for having it. Even take 3 days for money out bank used debit card. So l went to another bank. ATM it's free. Money comes out in 12 hours with new bank. Used debit card. No over counter charges. Cranbourne branch
