23/12/25 If you accidentally pay two repayments to mortgage account, bank will not let you redraw one!! Saying system is designed to hold one extra repayment. SO BASICALLY CUSTOMERS HAVE TO PAY 2 REPAYMENTS IN ONE MONTH. Please go somewhere esle for Home loans people. This bank is designed to break people financially. People who pay their mortgages ONTIME! Update 24/12/25 I have lodged a formal complaint on 23/12/2025 and they sorted the issue the next day by letting me redraw my extra payment from the loan. Thanks for quick... read more
