23/12/25 If you accidentally pay two repayments to mortgage account, bank will not let you redraw one!! Saying system is designed to hold one extra repayment. SO BASICALLY CUSTOMERS HAVE TO PAY 2 REPAYMENTS IN ONE MONTH. Please go somewhere esle for Home loans people. This bank is designed to break people financially. People who pay their mortgages ONTIME! I attempted to visit the Wallan branch of Bendigo Bank after being advised by the website that I could not conduct some tasks online. I was surprised to encounter a sign indicating that the taking of dogs into the branch was strongly encouraged. I am fearful of dogs generally, more so since being attacked while walking along a footpath when the dog was with its owner. I did not enter the branch and had to travel quite a distance to another.
