Very incompetent and extremely rude. It used to be a nice business. The advisor we used to work with was very professional and nice. But she left. And it just gets worse and worse. This year I have some new situation. I double checked it with them to confirm if I needed to file a report form on that. And they firmly told me TWICE that it was not necessary to do so. We had worked with Bhawna and she did a great job. We went back, and Bhawna wasn’t available. We had a multitude of issues, and the team not only wasn’t helpful, but was rude. They forgot to file our extension, had to file an amendment for a deduction they forgot, and I’ve just had to file another amendment for that year because I realized they forgot to include an income source (that they had listed on the year before, so should’ve had in their system).

Very knowledgeable and easy to get along with, they really look after your best interest. Highly reccmmend for tax advice and filing returns. Yolanda is very friendly and helpful.
