Barbara Jean Bender was appointed by the court to represent my Mother Nellie Young which was a position she recieved by fraudulent activity when my Mothers private attorney Steven Burlingham and Attorney David Brown Abandoned her, Barbara Bender denied my mothers demand for a jury trial and when she recieved the Declaration of Capacity from U.C.Davis that stated that my mother didn't have dementia she left a message on our phone stating she was going to petition the court to vacate the conservatorship, which she never did. c... read more
